You are encouraged to attend our District Conference and stay for the Saturday night DinnerWe hope all our members will register for the Conference and stay for Dinner on the Saturday Night. Our regular meeting on the following Tuesday, 24 April has been cancelled and transferred to the Conference Dinner.
There is no cost to register for conference apart from meals and the evening events. Let's attend as a Club!
NOTE: Due to an unfavourable Long Range Weather Forecast the Sunday Morning Breakfast has been moved from the Beach back to the Maroochydore RSL.

Online registration for our District Conference IS NOW OPENFollow the registration link for two pages of information details outlining the correct method of doing the registration together with pricing details for the various meal choices available.We remind members that there is no cost to register for conference apart from meals and the evening events. However all attendees must complete a registration to enter the conference venue to comply with insurance. This includes all volunteers working in any capacity and all display personnel. |

Each Rotarian, Youth Exchange Student, TRF Scholar and Exhibitor must register separately (for Insurance)
Electronic Registration is the only way that you can register, via the District Website at www.rotary9600.org
If you do not have a computer or are not savvy with the “online registration” please phone Cheryl (Registrar) on 5453 7270, and she will do the your registration for you.
Clubs: An appointed member of each club must register their: Youth Exchange Student, Global Scholar, Peace Fellow. Clubs will be given guidelines of which events and meals a club should involve the Exchange Students in, for conference.
Attending conference, for Students, is compulsory.
o The Conference is designed to engage you in all activities for the whole day – including meal breaks.
o The Conference activities will start Friday evening 6.15pm sharp, with a Buffet Dinner and Special Speaker.
o All day Saturday to 4.45pm, then dinner with entertainment, and on Sunday to 12.45pm.
Individual hospitality choices available are:
Friday 20 April: Buffet Dinner - $45
Saturday 21 April: Saturday Package (includes Morning Tea & boxed Lunch) - $35
Saturday 21 April: Evening Dinner - $80
Sunday 22 April: Sunday BBQ Breakfast - $25
Sunday 22 April: Morning Tea - $10
Note: There is no individual Morning Tea on Saturday provided with a Registration.
