To wet everyone's appetite and help you plan for your big evening at the Cadillac rotary Auction. The "Cotillion for the Pavilion Act II"
 
During the auction you will be offered several buffet style food options that include:
 
  • Ginger, soy pork loin medallions
  • Thai peanut chicken skewers
  • Venison meatballs
  • Hot spinach and artichoke dip
  • Crab dip
  • Tomato, bruschetta dip
  • Pesto dip
  • Olive dip
  • Bar cheese
  • Vegetable tray
  • Baked pita, assorted crackers, toast points
 
A full bar, beer, wines, soft drinks, coffee and tea will also be provided.
