"U.S.A. and Cuba - so Close and yet so Far!"

The speaker will provide a brief history of  the embargo and impact  on  both Havana and Washington in particular and Latin America and the world at large.  She will then engage the audience in a discussion of the transformation that has occurred in the past few months and present some themes to keep in mind as we witness a changing relationship between these two governments and societies!
