Vocational Visit - Jackson Orchard

Kevin from Jackson Orchards has agreed to host us for a tour of Jackson Orchards.  He will share the story of Jackson Orchards and where they hope to take it.   No doubt we will get some inside information on the industry situation with no overseas workers to assist with picking.  

Please meet at Jackson Orchards at 5:30pm on the 16th of November.  Address 73 Luggate-Cromwell Road. 

Please wear walking shoes.     A bus, that seats 13, is available for those who are unable to walk on the Orchard.   

Their shop will be open, including their ice-cream shop.  Please support this business by buying your fruit and vegs on the night from Jackson Orchards.   Or buy a real fruit ice-cream - yum.

Lets go for a drink and or something to eat afterwards. Shall we say Thai Cromwell - since I have never been.  Thai food has something for every one.
