Joy has very kindly organised for us to go to One80 Restaurant in the Copthorne Hotel, Oriental Bay for a special:
Wellywood Thali lunch.
Although technically not VISA Wellington On a Plate - it is the same idea.
The meal will consist of a selection of tapa-style dishes including various housemade Indian thali delicacies, showcasing different regions of India with dishes that include lamb, chicken, dal vada, laccha paratha, vegetables, pickle, padpad, raita and sweets, using Lot Eight Olive Oil, Gelissimo Gelato and Schoc Chocolates.
The cost is $40 per person which ncludes a glass of bubbles on arrival.
