BBQ at Mitre 10 Mega Papanui

A BBQ at Mega Mitre 10 fundraising for our club. THis is a new fundraiser for Papanui Rotary and we are able to run the event four times in every Rotary Yeat.

There are 4 rosters in the day, Sunday 13 December the roster is:

8:15am to 9:00am:  Arie dropping things off, Mark and Arie setting up

9:00am to 11:00am: Arie and Janice, Kathy Anderson and Mark Bond

11:00am to 1:00pm: Nick and Liz Courtney, Tony Taylor

1:00pm to 3:00pm: Donna Cherry, Anne Spicer, Evan Thomson

3:00pm to 4:30pm: Deb Gimblett, Tony Tizzard, Lois Flanagan
                                      (this shift does clean up at 4:00pm).
