Auckland Seafood Cooking Class

 

 

 

 

Hello All,

The Fellowship Committee of the Rotary Club of Newmarket have for the third time booked out the Auckland Seafood School for a fun evening where following a glass of bubbles we watch a demonstration of the fish dishes and compliments that will be cooked that evening.

 

                                                                                                             

After the demonstration which takes about half an hour, we all go through to the school and spend the next hour preparing the same meal in groups of four.

 

 

The two chefs are there to assist where necessary and unless you are a Master Chef already, you will be amazed at the wonderful dish you have produced.

 

                

Once we are all finished we take our beautifully prepared meal and all sit at a large long table where we spend the next hour eating our delicious meal complemented by the bottle of wine we brought with us. Yes it’s BYO.

We have a booking for 35 people. Last time 35 Newmarket Rotarian’s and friends attended and feedback was that they just loved the evening.

We book out the facility so your family and friends are also very welcome this time to.
