Our discussion leader at this RAH will be Dawson Wambolt. With Remembrance Day in November, our conversation will be topical: Dawson will speaking with us about the current challenges facing Canadian veterans related to the 2006 changes to the Veteran's Charter and mental health treatment challenges. Dawson is a former reserve infantry officer and a psychologist who specializes in veterans and trauma-related disorders. He is affiliated with the Veterans Transition Network, and provides volunteer services to the Romeo Dallaire Child Soldier Initiative.
