Club Mtg: Interact Clubs at Gorsebrook & Citadel

Interact clubs give students ages 12-18 the chance to make a real difference while having fun. Every Interact club carries out two service projects a year: one that helps their school or community and one that promotes international understanding. Interact clubs help young people connect with community leaders, develop leadership skills, make international connections, and discover more opportunities through Rotary. 

Halifax Harbourside sponsors Interact Clubs at Gorsebrook Junior High and at Citadel High School. Both clubs do terrific programs. Representatives from these two Interact clubs will present information on their clubs, their projects and their experience in Interact. 

The Citadel High Me to We Interact Club will be represented by current year president Meaghan Reardon and inominf president Jessie Homes.

We are a diverse and welcoming group, and we’d be honoured if you joined us.  Consider this your invitation!  Come a little early even… People start arriving around 7am for coffee/tea and good conversation. 

To keep our meetings flexible and affordable, we offer 3 choices to cover meeting room and meal costs:

A.  $5 for the meeting, including coffee and tea; 
B.  $10 for 'A', plus a Breakfast Sandwich or Yogurt Parfait; or
C.  $18 for 'A', plus the Full Buffet from Elements.
