POSTPONED - EndEndo High Tea!

March is the International Month of Endometriosis Awareness. Inline with this the Rotary Club of Concord is hosting a High Tea to be held on the Verandah overlooking the green and beautiful rose garden at Concord Golf Club. Our aim is to raise funds and awareness for Endometriosis Australia whilst enjoying a relaxing afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings.

Endometriosis or Endo is a common disease affecting more than 1 in 10 women at some stage in their lives. That's over 830,000 women in Australia alone. Worldwide 176 million women suffer from endometriosis. It is a disease that can begin in teenagers and can lead to infertility. Diagnosis can take from 7 to 12 years and there is no cure, so it's very important for women and men to know the signs and symptoms because this is not a disease that affects just women, it affects families and communities.
