Take part in a special program and facilitated dialogue on race hosted by the South Metro Community and YWCA Minneapolis for members of the South Metro area, including: Apple Valley, Burnsville, Shakopee and Eagan.
The purpose of these dialogues is to:
- Move participants toward an understanding of how race plays out in the community
- Provide an opportunity for all voices to be heard
- Develop deeper awareness of diversity, culture and equity and the possible experiences of participants
- Develop space for participants to identify tactics to help them reach equity goals

Location: Apple Valley Community Center, 14603 Hayes Road, Apple Valley, MN 55124 (in the Community Room)
Cost: Free and open to public, but seating is limited and registration is required
