Work alongside Dakota County’s Natural Resources team to help haul and remove pre-cut piles of invasive buckthorn out of Lebanon Hills Regional Park. Buckthorn is a nasty invasive species that competes with local vegetation.
Meet at Lebanon Hills Regional Park Saturday, October 14th from 9:00 – 11:00 am. RSVP to avery@conservationminnesota.org.
Please bring long sleeve clothing and wear items that you don’t mind getting dirty or having ripped. If you have a favorite pair of work gloves, feel free to bring them. Otherwise, Dakota County Parks staff will have gloves available for you to use. Other suggested items for you to bring include water, bug spray, sun block, and sturdy shoes.
