After a wonderful celebration last week with the club's 45th anniversary and catching up with past members, this week we have a guest speaker from the Rotary Club of Doncaster - Leon Moore. Leon is involved in the club project LAARFS - the Laughing All Ability Really Freindly Singers.
Leon found that people who have suffered a stroke or other disabling conditions such as dementia, are able to express themselves by singing. LAARFS is a weekly session for people to attend and where they enjoy participating and joining others singing in a choir.
Come along and hear how singing can transform someones life and help with rehabilitation and quality of life.
