Reports, actions completed etc to be received by COB Sun 18th Sept please. This should shorten meeting time and assist with the minutes.
Note - Alex Marshall council Events officer and Greg Shaw council Ops will be in attendance to discuss operational requirements. Meeting to start promptly so they do not have to hang around forever. I will put them first on agenda items which wil be sent on Monday.
