Service Event - Free Bikes 4 Kidz

Free Bikes 4 Kidz is a nonprofit organization geared toward helping all kids ride into a happier, healthier childhood by providing bikes to those most in need.

FB4K needs help preparing donated bikes for a big giveaway event on March 24 and 25, 2018. Volunteers may participate at their East Badger Road warehouse in one of the three categories below depending on skill level:

    •  Cleaners - help move bikes and give bikes thorough cleaning
    •  Preppers - change tires, swap saddles, install new grips and pedals
    •  Mechanics - change cables, adjust shifting and brakes, true wheels

I have registered as a mechanic as part of our Rotary group for the 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on March 10, 2018.  Visit the FB4K Madison web site (see the link to the left) to register as a Cleaner, Prepper or Mechanic in the same shift.
