At the October 2014 board meeting, the board voted to limit the New Member Program to a semi-annual cycle as follows.
- Nominations for NMP will only be made twice annually at the June & November board meetings.
- NMP shall remain a 90 day window for completion
- Inductions will occur in September and March.

- August - NMP in Progress
- September - Complete NMP. Orientation held prior to Membership Committee meeting
- October - Primary New Member Induction held at first program meeting of the month.
- November - Nominations for NMP at BOD Mtg.
- December - NMP in Progress. Orientation held prior to Membership Committee meeting
- January - Complete NMP
- February - Secondary New Member Induction held at first program meeting of the month.
- March - No official NMP activity unless candidate has gotten an extension of the timeframe. Deadline for District and EREY goals.
- April - No official NMP activity unless candidate has gotten an extension of the timeframe.
- May - No official NMP activity unless candidate has gotten an extension of the timeframe.
- June - Nominations for NMP at BOD Mtg. End of Rotary Year
