1) Acquire $300 cash/Chq from Treasurer. Need float of about 40 $5 bills

2) Call Senior Bingo co-oridenator on how many donuts/muffins etc to buy for expected seniors bingo players that are planning to attend. There is a coffee break 1/2 through the evening. Leftovers can always be used by centre

3) Remaining funds will be paid out as Bingo prize money.

4) You need a bingo caller (this is a fun job and is not that stressful) and two people to pay winners
