On The Front Door:  Stanley Igboanugo

Bulletin Editor:          Hilda Finnigan

HAPPY TOONIES

Janice Coupland -  Congratulations to Sue MacKinnon who just finished her last day of work TODAY.

Ted Morrison – After the Convention in Germany, Ted and Sharron will be going to Switzerland for two weeks and visit places his grandmother visited for 50 years (1945 thru to 1995)

Stanley Igboanugo – Sad that his friend, who picked them up from the airport when they arrived in Canada, fell in the bathroom and passed away suddenly when they were all at a Mandarin Restaurant .  But glad that his second daughter received the President’s Award at MacMaster University and now will be going to medical school.

Ted Morrison – received sad news today that Sharon Clark (of Sharon’s Kids), has terminal lung cancer.

Bob Stewart – after golf, (and dressed accordingly in summer wear), Bob went to watch his daughter play hockey, from the in the warm confines of the hockey rink spectator area. However, they needed an official scorekeeper, so he went out to the cold ice area for the game. Then, if that was not enough, they asked him to score the next game too. Brrrrrrrrr.

Terry Giles – it was on this day in 1963, that Terry was introduced to Rotary as the charter of the new Rotary Club of North Scarborough was formed.

Mike McLaren – his daughter from Alberta is coming down and getting a makeover on CITY TV and staying with he and Colleen on June 6 – 7.

Hilda Finnigan -  a happy $5 to welcome Rebekkah ( her daughter in law) to our meeting as guest speaker, and to congratulate Sue MacKinnon on her retirement.

Devon – he and Linda are off to Germany for the Rotary Convention and then for a week in Iceland.

Dave – sad that Madhu was not well. We are all hoping for a recovery for our Past President.
