Annual General meeting of the Rotary Club of Oshawa-Parkwood chaired by Dave Andrews

Lennis Trotter and Kim Boatman will serve second year of their two year term

Moved by Bob Koski – seconded by Alan Nason to close nominations. Carried.
Anyone else wishing to serve should contact Dave Andrews. The new directors should begin to attend meetings so that they can get familiar with the Directors Meetings before their term starts.
Devon Biddle presented the Financial Report of the Rotary Club for the 2015-16 Rotary year ending June 30, 2016.
Motion to accept as presented – Moved by Larry Hurren, seconded by Kris Sachdeva. Carried.
Devon asked that members provide input on the disposition of the $10,000 donated by the Matthews Estate.
Devon presented the Financial Report to December 31, 2016 for information purposes.
Charitable Foundation Annual Meeting was chaired by Devon Biddle
Three Directors are staying on. Two added directors will be Michael McLaren and Bob Koski
The Financial Report for the Foundation was presented.
President Dave congratulated eveyone for volunteering to serve for the 2017-18 Rotary Year.
President Dave also thanked Treasurer Devon Biddle for the dedication and long hours as not only Rotary Club Treasurer , but alsos of the Rotary Club's Charitable Foundation and also as Treasurer for Rotary International District 7070.
