Graffiti vs Tagging and what is Gang Related

Sgt John Parkinson is the supervisor of the Community Response Unit with Durham Regional Police Service.  John will be discussing the difference between tagging and graffiti and what is gang related or not.  He will also be discussing the changes to the legal system its affects on these crimes, what we need to report and how it needs to be reported.
