Maroochy River Paddle - BBQ

The Maroochy River Paddle event - conducted by Sunshine Coast Paddlesports Club in conjuction with Marcoola Surf Club, is on again Sunday 12 August 2018. Our Club has again been asked to provide a BBQ lunch on completion of the paddle. We were involved last year and our input was considered extremely helpful to the organisation of the event.

Whilst the event starts up river at 9.00am with staggered starts, the paddlers won't get to the Fishermans Road Maroochdore Clubhouse (our location) until around 11.00am.

The Clubhouse is located opposite the Netball courts on Fishermans Road. Be careful only to park in designated parking places as Council parking inspectors are known to frequent the site and fine any illegally parked vehicles.

Our start time allows for set up and cooking for the early birds.
