Club Meeting with Rachel Morgan-Varlow

Rachel Morgan-Varlow 

Graduating from the University of Queensland in 2007, Rachel has gained a vast variety of experience in Physiotherapy, leading to treatment with a holistic approach, and addressing the root cause of ongoing issues.

​She specialises in assessing the biomechanics of her clients to determine the movement dysfunction that is contributing to pain and injury. Her pilates classes address these dysfunctions specifically, with each client performing individual exercises determined by their needs.

Her treatments are gentle and effective, utilising many therapy techniques (both Physiotherapy based and also utilising Bowen therapy and the Emmett technique). The session not only focuses on a reduction in symptoms, but also ensuring her client has an understanding of their injury and the way to achieve the change they are searching for.
