Main course: Penne pasta with a tomato Bolognese wine/meat sauce with both meatballs and Italian sweet sausage.
Antipasto PLATE: A slice of rolled prosciutto, a slice of Capicola, a slice of Italian salami, a wedge of provolone, a wedge of gorgonzola, a wedge of anise, 4 pitted black olives and 2 pieces of anchovies with capers in the center.
served individually on an 8” diameter dish.
