Camp Pendleton Trunk or Treat

According to CLB 15 Deployment Readiness Coordinator (DRC) Crystal Gates, Camp Pendleton is taking donations for candy to provide to the cars to help supplement as we have a feeling that this is going to be a large event with everyone being isolated so much over the past few months.  Their socially-distanced drive through school supply handout brought 200 kids! 

Cars plan to be set up spaced six feet away, and they will then be asked to ensure they set up a safe socially distanced candy delivery (i.e. a PVC Pipe that they can send the candy down a slide, a picker to hand the candy directly into a bag without contact or place into the space that we will have marked)  Families will be coming in from a single point of entry with hand sanitizer and then allowed to go through keeping the distance of the cars between them and waiting for the family in front to move before they do.
