Altrusa International of Temple, Tx, Inc. brings the Art and Poetry Exchange for students
and participants of the Cultural Activities Center.
THE ART AND POETRY EXCHANGE is the first Interactive Exhibit of handmade Chapbooks made by St. Mary’s students from their own works of art and poetry. This exhibit installed in the front lobby of the CAC provides a venue to then share these original works through exchange with the community. Guests can take an artwork home, but we ask that they leave one in its place.
Whether it is a simple jotting of thoughts on the back of an envelope or an elaborate no boundaries work of art and word…it is up to the endless imagination of the poet/artist.
