Jimmy Parker is the Director of the Culture Program for the Campus at Horton. The Campus at Horton will be the ultimate adaptive reuse, mixed-use development set in the heart of Downtown San Diego. The project will create a sustainable technology and life sciences hub in San Diego,
epitomizing the modern work/play destination complete with retail, food and beverage outlets, public park space and more.

Jimmy oversees all aspects of property activation, community and government relations, creative development, promotion, and venue enhancement. He comes to Stockdale Capital Partners with decades of experience in public space management and placemaking to include two decades in San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter (12 years as the Executive Director), and over 20 years as a senior member of the Production Team of the San Diego Street Scene – Food & Music Festival (the inspiration for Coachella Valley Music Festival). Jimmy grew up in the Linda Vista community of San Diego and is a third-generation graduate of San Diego State University.
