Duo of Pork Belly

Duo of pork belly and pork croquette served with braised red cabbage, cider jus and pomme purée

Baked Seabass

Baked seabass served with sautéed kale, vanilla cream, roasted hazelnuts and basil crushed potatoes

Dessert

Fudge brownie, vanilla ice cream and orange coulis

Coffee, Still and Sparkling Water and red and white wine will be served during the meal
