- You MUST register by the end of Friday, Oct 15th if you plan to attend. This is for the meal order.

- Guest Speaker: David Kron. Executive Director of The Cerebral Palsy Association of Manitoba.
- Mission Statement: The Cerebral Palsy Association of Manitoba is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals affected by Cerebral Palsy through programs, advocacy, education, and peer support.
> Fellowship at 5:30pm with the Meeting Bell @ 5:45pm.
> Dinner meeting fee $22.00, please bring the proper cash or cheque.
> You will need to show your proof of FULL double vaccination. Vaxx - QR Card. QR code printout.
> This will be checked by Breezy Bend staff or club member assigned.
> Also, Masks must be worn until you get to your table. Also, worn anytime you are up from your table for ANY purpose.
> There will be NO waiting room security- passcode only…so, please do not share or post the Zoom Invite.
If you plan to bring a guest they must also be registered. Use the online registration and indicate whether you will attend/or decline. You will receive a confirmation number once this is done.
If you have any UNSOLD Lobster tickets and or any money for tickets, please return them to Glenn. Return any unsold tickets from our cancelled 2020 event also.
