What a great night to have our Rotary club join Bear Clan Patrol tonight, along with some students from CMU. The weather was good, the company wonderful and you can never go wrong helping out in the community.

It's that time of year to help clean the Living Prairie Museum! It's amazing what is revealed once the snow is gone.

Last weekend, our club helped out with the Salvation Army Christmas Kettles. It was heart-warming to see so many people donate.

As the weather began to get colder, our club collected socks, scarves, toques, and mitts to fill the wagon we gifted to Bear Clan.

This wagon, packed with warmth and care, helps ensure these essential items reach those in need throughout our community.
Did you know there's a unique treasure in the community? Here at Living Prairie Museum, you learn and can discover the importance of grasslands, as there is less than 1% left in North America, and the ecosystems it helps. Our club has been a great supporter of the Living Prairie Museum for many years, so if you want to learn why it's free to take a walk through the 32 acres or learn more by going on a tour or checking out their hidden treasures inside.

Members of our Rotary Club enjoyed a fantastic evening at Assiniboia Downs!

It was a night filled with camaraderie, excitement, and community spirit as we cheered on the races together.

A great time was had by all!

We are thrilled to share some amazing moments from the second annual Rotary Green Spaces Golf Tournament held on August 13th, 2024, at the beautiful Kingswood Golf and Country Club in La Salle. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together passionate golfers, community supporters, and Rotary members for a day filled with fun, fellowship, and a shared commitment to our community.

Thanks to your participation and generous support, we are one step closer to enhancing the green spaces in west Winnipeg. The proceeds from this year’s tournament will go directly to support the Assiniboine Forest, Living Prairie Museum, and Grant’s Old Mill—three incredible beneficiaries that contribute to the beauty and sustainability of our community.

A special thank you to our sponsors, volunteers, and everyone who contributed.  Your involvement truly makes a difference!

We were pleased to receive this award acknowledging the work we do in our community promoting the importance of literacy.

At our last meeting of the Rotary year,  we had a lovely evening full of conversation, laughs, music and food. Can't wait to see what magic will happen in the new Rotary year.  #MagicofRotary
