This Thursday night, we are having a pot-luck supper and meeting at our house - 16 Willow Place starting at 6 p.m. The meeting will include the Grants webinar where we register as many members of our club as possible so that we have people who are trained and eligible to apply for grants from the district. We are required to have two people, but should have more because there might be an occasion when one (or more) of our qualified members is not available to complete a grant as required. The actual webinar runs from 6:30 to 8:30. Please bring a dish for supper and a beverage of your choice. Also, we have to get our executive nominated for the coming year. Sheri is completing her second year, Jacquie has been secretary for longer than that. We need to have other people take these positions - please consider stepping up. Please let me know if you are coming on Thursday night. I have already heard from Jeanne, Pat, Dayle and Marquita. We really hope to have a good turnout! The Auditorium is also on for Thursday night. Bill Taylor and Tammy Ernst have agreed to look after this one (the Moscow Ballet - the Nutcracker) which starts at 7:00 so Bill and Tammy will need to be there for 6:00. We also have the Symphony on Friday Night - Bill has again signed up for that one and we will need someone else. Start time is 7:00 with arrival at 6:00. Saturday is the Million Dollar Quartet - Alison has signed up for that one start time at 7:00 with coat check people arriving at 6:00. We will get people in place for Friday and Saturday events on Thursday night. George and Judy are doing the Monday night "Oh What A Night!" - arrive at 6:00 for a 7:00 p.m. performance.
