Keystone Centre update: Connie and Jason Krieser. Concern Connie has is they have to clear everything for the Arabian Show. 1 security guard for every 75 ppl drinking is the Keystone’s rule, will double check they don’t have to be paid. 2 beer tents – Farmery and Molsen’s . Molsen’s and the wine won’t pay us anything. Not sure if we can licence the whole grounds. When Lois/George went to Wpg debrief , they had the whole area licenced. 12 security guards, only one had to be paid. Sheri Connery meeting with Farmery tomorrow, will see if they are still willing to work with us. Keystone would be willing to sell/provide the hot dogs. Vendor price negotiable? Can we stay open later? Can we do last call at 10/1030 and keep our tent open until 11pm so that people can finish their beers with their food? Asked for about $400 for set up and take down of all the tables and chairs that they are providing. $500/day to be there on the grounds. 2 bathroom trailers – one at each end of area? Also have to be easily accessible to beer gardens. Suggested we rent a C and C rentals handicap accessible port a potty. Will give us the contact info for the Pepsi people. They don’t have tents, Whitney has emailed 2 companies.  Whitney will do up a new vendor contract to give the vendors including info about behaviour. Profit of about $1700 plus donation from Farmery. Music Mitchell, Chris Ghodoni Band and Jake Legg Blues would love to come back again, as well as the Monterey Jammers.

Meet Sunset Rotary night: October 2nd at Prairie Firehouse from 6-8pm, come and go Social occasion. Powerpoint or slideshow with pics of events and facts about us and Rotary. Upstairs in the private room. Food? Amy suggested a Taco bar? Some sort of app available. Food for approx. 75 ppl. Sheri Connery emailed to inquire about options.  Facebook event, sponsored add $10 for about 2 weeks of promotion. Walter and Rhoni will do the Facebook event and Powerpoint.

Oktoberfest : Saturday, October 21st . Could shut down Princess between 6th and 7th and extend Firehouse liquor licence. Would love to have us still volunteer as part of the event and make a donation to the club. She is checking with Ray Piche on LL. Bill would like to volunteer at the event.

Beer Tasting Festival needs a new committee this year, and soon 😊 Sheri Connery will stay on Committee and still contact the Beer reps. Need people to work on advertising(Radio) and sponsorship (Dayle and Shari DH will meet about this). We should create a planning manual (The Beer Bible) for the event. Online ordering was not a good idea. Maybe advertise on the Facebook page for out of towners to contact by email to pre purchase/reserve tickets.

Dayle went to visit Jeanne. Room 402 on 4th floor of hospital . she is able to have visitors now.  Walter made motion to get flowers from Bloom Box . 2nd by Amy. Passed. Lois will look after it.

Happy bucks collcted by Amy. Meeting adjourned at 715pm
