ROTARY MINUTES –January 10, 2019

Lois chaired the meeting.
Dayle gave us the dates and times for Flower Delivery : February 13 : Shifts 11 to 3 and 3 to Close, February 14: 10 to 2 and 2 to Close. This is one of our fund raisers and is a really nice way to help our club.

PETS (President Elect Training Session – Russell Manitoba March 15, 16 & 17). Jacquie and Lois will attend. It was suggested that other two Executive Members (Alison and Whitney) should be there. Incidentally – the PETS used to stand for President Elect Treasurer and Secretary!
It was suggested that we make the Women’s Shelter receive the major donation from our Beer Fest .
Radio Ad and sponsorship packages will be coming out soon and we will email them to all members. Please SELL, SELL, SELL!
