  • Riverbank donation
    • Email sent asking for sponsorship of a display case
      • Display case $500
      • Interactive board and display case $800
      • Looking at getting 2
  • Winter fair schedule still needing to be filled
  • Beer Fest
    • Sheri had been talking to BND.MB to do article to promote article for beer fest
      • Agreed to give a few complementary tickets
      • Will always do free advertising for community events for us
    • Ken from star fm gave Dayle names of new business to check for sponsorships
    • Painting on liquor mart is done, will remove them on the 22nd
    • Peter Wilik has everything entered into the computers for the stores
      • Tickets are in the store
    • Dayle bought the beer basket for beer fest advertising
  • Ribfest
    • Jacquie will talk to Ty from tag em entertainment
      • About tents, chairs tables, lights
      • And kid zone
    • Dayle spoke to 
      • Randy McDonald does old jazz- music for ribfest?
      • Jim Andry- rock and such -music for ribfest?
      • Kevin Selinger- plays judis, rolling stones covering band
      • Jherrad Cumming- roger tuesday new band- top 40 country and rock band
      • Full flannel jacket- possibly want back

      • Is doing quote for ribfest

      • Developing the green space with outside stage
      • Jut about fully funded for phase 1 of the project
      • Phase 1
        • concrete pads 100 by 120
        • Purpose to temporarily hold event tents
        • 40 by 40 house a 30 by 30 open pavilion
        • Use it for programming by City of Brandon
          • Music in the park
          • Youth camps
        • Short by $16,000
        • Recognition wall will be there
      • Phase 2
        • Fit for the club idea
        • Legacy tepee is being put in- community and gathering
        • $6000 total, remaining needs are $3000
        • Recognition for Teepee
        • To build a stage cover
      • Hoping to complete phase 1 and 2 for end of summer- need to know by being of april
      • Open to ideas for the area too, if we have any ideas
  • Flower delivery
    • Mon, tues, wed, and Friday
    • Mon tues and wed 11 to 2- covered
    • Friday – 10 to 2 and 2 to close
  • RYLA camp
    • Mentioned to them about getting kids registered for RYLA too
