Present: Jeanne, Lois, Dayle, Bill, Judy, Whitney, Jacquie, Sheri , George and Pat 

  1. Call to Order at 5:45
  2. O Canada and Rotary Grace
  3. Kathryn Ann resignation
  4. Some beer fest stuff was discussed.  YAY GLASSES SPONSOR!
    1. Reminder to sell sponsorships
    2. BOMBERS ARE DONATING A PRIZE

  6. Correspondence
    1. Y strong Kids – Sheri to send letter of regret stating we will be supporting Making Waves
    2. Chose Beer Tickets
    3. MUNA – we will not be supporting
    4. District Conference in Gimli – May 12 – 16th
    5. Business after 5 – myitsource, February 4th 5 – 7 pm
  7. Refugee workshop January 29th 10 – 330 at Alliance church
  8. Thursday January 28th – 10:30 – 2:30
    1. Tabling in Education building at Brandon University
    2. Want us to highlight Youth Programs
