Please check the roster for the next few weeks and advise John Campbell and David Ungar if you will be away that week. Absence forms will be at the attendance desk.
The meeting on the 20th was a well-attended Club Fellowship meeting. Thank you to those who attended.

Meeting Information
Although ‘only’ a fellowship meeting, there were a couple of special presentations. The first was a presentation by Bruce to President Vicki, recognising her membership of the Paul Harris Society - well done Vicki.
President Vicki, along with Richard Diaz, had the pleasure of inducting our Club's newest member - Frank Dolan. A wonderful backstory was told by Richard and added to by Frank, that shared how Richard and Frank came to know each other. Frank is Christine Diaz's cousin. Frank's wife Tina was present for the induction and it was wonderful to welcome her to the Club also.
The fellowship meeting was a wonderful opportunity to Directors to discuss their respective portfolios with members and get insights and ideas from members. Some valuable ideas were shared, which no doubt, Directors will follow up on in the coming weeks. Again, thank you to those who attended and contributed to the productive morning.

The Buzz Box
Greetings from Switzerland!
Our Club's Outbound Youth Exchange Student messaged the Club to provide an update on his adventures. His email is reproduced below:
Hi everyone. I’m proud to say that I’m over half way through my exchange. I am really loving this experience, and have done so much up to now. I have met so many people and made great connections. I just recently moved to a new host family, and I’m really enjoying my stay with them. We always do things together, mostly swimming at the lake because their house is so close. Also, the new August inbounds have arrived, and they’re a great group of people. I met them briefly at their language learning camp, and we are planning to go to another event soon. I have also done some volunteering at the school, such as bake sales. Also, soon I’m going to a forest in the mountains with some kids from my class to help clean up the forest for a week, with trash and helping the wildlife. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity that you all have given to me.
Zane.
