Our speaker today was Kerrie Cox from Body Connection. Kerrie gave a great presentation providing several tips on how we can all look after ourselves a little better by listening to what our body is telling us. A snapshot of just some of the tips are to slow down when you eat, be present and aware (when you eat) for a deep impact on your metabolism, choose quality and eat with your body's rhythm.
