Our last club meeting of the year did not disappoint this gorgeous Thursday. Dressed in Christmas cheer, enjoying a special buffet breakfast prepared by the The Surf Club Burleigh Heads we all reflected on how grateful we all are for everything we have managed to achieve in 2022.
Joined today by our special guests Councillor Daphne McDonald, Councillor Hermann Vorster we were able to officially hand over the $20,000 we raised from the Great Burleigh Duck Race to Hearts Of Purple, Macleod Refuge, Gold Coast Centre Against Sexual Violence, and The Sanctuary Women, Children and Pet’s Refuge ($5,000 to each worthy charity).
