Gavin Watts is the founder of TEAM NAKED, a speaking movement built around one simple belief: The strongest people aren't perfect. They're real.

After surviving a catastrophic accident at 22 that left him in a wheelchair for two years, Gavin rebuilt his life to become an Advanced Care Paramedic, serving the Queensland community for 15 years. He has also dedicated more than 45 years to Surf Life Saving in leadership, mentoring and volunteer roles. Through honest storytelling, humour and lived experience, Gavin inspires audiences to replace emotional armour with authentic connection, courage and hope.
