Find My Wild
Find My Wild is a survivor-led, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting individuals as they leave and rebuild their lives after domestic and family violence. Founded by survivor and advocate Lauren Jane, Find My Wild provides a safe, accessible, and compassionate pathway for people navigating one of the most challenging transitions of their lives. Operating primarily online to ensure safety and accessibility, Find My Wild offers a blend of professional support, lived-experience guidance, and practical tools, including:
- Connection to Crisis support and safety planning
- The Find Your Freedom Program – a structured 12-stage rebuilding journey
- Weekly online support workshops
- Quarterly face-to-face support circles and community connection events
- A Leaving and Rebuilding Toolkit – practical guides, checklists, and resources
- 1:1 counselling and survivor-led mentoring
- Digital resources, workbooks, and education
- Corporate employee support and training
The organisation’s approach centres on dignity, empowerment, and long-term healing.
