Community Membership
Who can join
Businesses, professional practices, government entities, and educational institutions.
- Up to 2 primary and 2 alternate representatives
- All representatives are employees of the organisation
- Subject to Club Board approval
Fees & inclusions
- Joining fee: $250 — includes 2 Rotary shirts, 2 Rotary hats, and Rotary lapel pins.
- Annual fee: $1,000 — covers up to 2 primary and 2 alternate members.
- Fees reviewed annually by the Board in consultation with the incoming Board.
Participation & governance
- Attendance: at least one in‑person meeting per month (alternates support remaining participation).
- RI registration: primary members are listed as active members in Rotary’s database; alternates are not.
- Voting: primary members only.
- Eligibility for office: primary (RI dues‑paying) members only.

How long does it take to join?
Most applications are approved at the next Board meeting. Scan the QR code and complete the form to get started.
Can we add more representatives?
Corporate Community Partner covers two primary and two alternates. If you need more, we’ll discuss a tailored arrangement.
What does participation look like?
Attend at least one meeting per month and engage in projects that suit your team. We’ll help you plan the year.
Are alternate members in the RI database?
Primary members are listed as active members in Rotary’s database. Alternates are not recorded in RI but are welcomed at club activities.
