 l leader while celebrating a milestone in our club’s own history — our
  70th anniversary. A Morning of Inspiration & Celebration President-elect 
 Babalola will share his vision for Rotary’s future as we look ahead to h
 is term beginning 1 July 2026. In the spirit of World Polio Day (24 Octobe
 r)\, $5 from each ticket will be donated to the End Polio Now campaign\, i
 n his honour. Seats are limited — book early to secure your place at thi

 Babalola Babalola is a proud member of the Rotary Club of Trans Amadi\, Ni
 geria. His Rotary journey began as a Rotaractor in 1984\, later joining Tr
 ans Amadi in 1994. Over three decades\, he has served with distinction\, i
 ncluding roles as District Governor (2011–12) and Rotary International V
 ice President (2019–20). A passionate advocate for peace and community d
 evelopment\, Babalola has played a pivotal role in establishing the Rotary
  Peace Centre at Makerere University in Uganda and has championed polio er
 adication efforts across Africa. Professionally\, he is both an engineer a
 nd attorney with more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas secto
 r\, holding senior leadership roles with Shell PLC. He is also the founder
