Cycling 101 Talking Points
  • Presented by the ShelterBox Ride Committee, sponsored by Rotary & the YMCA
  • As experienced cyclists we know that riding a bicycle with friends is much more enjoyable and much safer than doing it alone.
  • Cycling is an activity that you can do well into your 70s and beyond.
  • We know that there are a lot of people that take spinning classes, who just ride alone in their neighborhood or have an old bike in their garage that they haven’t ridden in years.
  • For adults that want get that bike out of the garage, dust it off, fill the tires, oil the chain and start riding!
  • Free training
