How Good is Our Health?

At the end of January we (the board) shared that you would be asked to participate in a Club Health Check which we sourced from Rotary International.  Just as routine doctor's visits help us identify health risks before they become serious, a Club Health Check can diagnose problem areas and prescribe remedies. This resource is intended to help club leaders assess their clubs. In using it, you're taking a step to maintain your club's health and preserve its value for members and the community.

The timelines associated with this endeavour are as follows:
  • April 2nd the Survey OPENS
  • April 12th the Survey CLOSES
  • May 1st the results will be shared with the Club
We are seeking two responses to each question:
  1. How important is this element to your Club Experience?
  2. How well is the club performing on this element?
The idea with these questions is to understand what is important and to identify where we have to target our energy.  This is going to be be a powerful tool for Phil and his 2023/24 Board Team.

Each member, regardless of when you joined, our club is invited to share their perspective on how our club operates.  Sit back, grab a coffee as you will need about 15/20 minutes to complete survey.  This is a CRITICAL tool in helping your board move the club in the direction that you want to see it move as members.

You can access the survey at: https://forms.office.com/r/s3sAXPhaPh

Please take the time to help us ensure we are doing the best we can to foster the ideal Rotary experience.  Thank you in advance for taking the time.

Last chance to be part of the team

Tomorrow, April 9 is the last day to order your Centennial Logo Shirts to April 9th.    We have a day of service planned almost every month this year and the centennial committee thought it would look great if we all wore our shirts to those.  You can be very fashionable around town in your Rotary Blue and Gold shirts!!!!

Hall of Fame Opportunity

The Call to action is for club members was to consider a sponsorship donation for our hundred years of Rotary in recognition of the fine example set by these individuals during their lifetime commitment to the community through Rotary and other community efforts.  Mayor Ken Johnston’s list have attracted significant donations in support of Rotary.  It is our goal to have donors /sponsors for each of the names on the Mayor’s list and include them in a profile display at our May 4 event.
