Stuart C: Red Deer Polytechnic has been very busy lately with the recent 10 Peaks conference, Red Deer Innovation Fair, and the recent presentation by General Hillyer. Mark your calendars for Jan 18/24 when Chris Hadfield is featured as part of the Perspective series.
Dagmar: Celebrating recent appointment as a board member for the Clean Resource Innovation Network. Her son is enjoying playing hockey in Yorkton and is currently leading the scoring race.
Leigh: Despondent NFL dollars as her favourite Lions went down in defeat to the Ravens.
Dawna A: Reminder to sign up for the Salvation Army Kettles on November 18, 25 or December 9.
Rob M: Overcame the rain in the recent Edge to Edge Marathon in Ucelet. He placed 2nd in his age group in the 10 K race.
Dick M: Delighted to see the Red Deer Symphony back with a larger orchestra than last year. An amazing Saturday evening entertainment. (Judith adds that the beer samples that night were also well received!)
Diane M: Just in case dollars for the reward or return of missing tea towels. (by meetings end she had been gifted with 2 replacements!)
