The passing of the Gavel

Today outgoing President Marc St Pierre gave a speech thanking all Rotarians and highlighting events from the last Rotary year and then handed the Gavel over to incoming President Dean Williams
 
Dean then briefly talked about his attendance at the last International Conference in Brazil and unveiled the new 2015-16 Rotary banner
