Mike will share information to help you maintain your mental and emotional wellness through using strategies to manage the difficult emotions that come with uncertain times. You’ll learn:

· Practical ways to relieve stress while living in the unknown

· Simple and effective ways to reduce anxiety

· What you can do to overcome loneliness while practicing social distancing
