~ SOUP COOK-OFF ~ 
 
We are planning an Annual All-Club Social on Saturday March 22nd from 5pm -9pm at Eastview Hall.   
 
Details:
  • What - a SOUP competition.  Bring your favourite soup in a crockpot for others to taste and judge. 
  • Who - we are inviting all Red Deer Rotarians to compete or to judge the soup for flavour, heartiness and just all round yumminess!
  • When - Saturday, March 22nd at the Eastview Community Hall.  5pm - 9pm.
  • How much? - $20 per person, unless you bring soup.  Entry fee is waived if you enter a soup into the competition.
  • What else? - Cash bar - Beer and Wine - $5 per drink.
  • What is included in the $20?  
    • Hall Rental
    • Dishes, cutlery and napkins
    • Buns, Cheese and pickle trays
    • Dessert tray or cookies
    • Non Alcoholic beverages
What do we need?
Door prizes.
Help to set up.
Help to clean up.
 
How do we pay?  This event is not being held by any single club, so we prefer if you could pay cash for your entry fee.   
 
Please let me know by March 17th if you will attend.    Seating in the hall is limited, so make sure you let me know as soon as you can so we can reserve your spot!
