project with great public

Whooo Hoooo! - Shari Mead advises this years Rib Fest has been book for August 13-15 and will build on last years success with a bigger and better event in 2021. Keep the date aside as it will be all hands on deck for this major fundraiser.
President Elect Kim has arranged for Hyder Hassan, CEO Calgary Immigrant Services to give a 1/2 hr presentation on March 25 at 1 PM about his success in utilizing a rapid community assessment process in Calgary. All are welcome but this talk will be particularly valuable to those working in service projects.
Strategic Planning is an important activity for any progressive forward looking organization. The club will begin its Strategic Planning process on April 13 at 6 PM. This was last done in 2015. Also mark this date in your calendar.
Our Rotaract Club needs help to host a New Generations Service Exchange between April 19 and May 3.....in essence a student from another country who will be hosted virtually. Rotaract is looking for help to line up zoom sessions with business (or social activities) to help this virtual visitor grow in her business/cultural understanding.
