The District Nominating Committee named Kurt Kowalchuk as their nominee for D G 2022-23. The election takes place at the District Conference. Kurt was our guest speaker in mid November.

On November 14, at our regular Zoom meeting, The RC of Lethbridge Society will have its annual meeting. 1/3 of the membership (24 regular members) is a quorum. With the merger last year, the Club and the Society are one and the same. An exhilarating presentation of the Annual Financial Statements, a "who's who" slate of officers for 2021-22 etc will be presented at this meeting. We needeveryone to help make quorum

Long time member Ron Jacobson has been in the hospital and has now been diagnosed with demintian and can no longerlive at home. In addition to being a Rotarian he was a judge, chair of major fund raising at Southminster in the 1980's and Honorary Colonel with local military. Thank you Austin Fennell for the update.
