The working bee to make up birthing kits turn out to be a great success with 8 boxes (160) birthing kit plus 6 boxes of glasses,thanks to Bob, Kath Judy G, Don and Lee.

Guess who turn up just in time for a'noon tea our President. a job well done everyone.

WITH ONLY 14 DAYS TO GO I will be asking for members to fill roles on varies working groups

we will set up from 1pm on Saturday afternoon 

the first Job will be to set up the entry tent for program / candle ticket sales

help set up the entrance for QR scraning and ticket checking (with Jac festival)

6 members required

then from 5 pm we will require the following 

Entry gate 2 members  to work with Jac festival members

 Programs and candle sales 4 members 

Raffle ticket sales  4 members 

VIP seat Ushers   4-6 members (depending number of ticket sold) 

Jack of all ( general helper) 1-2 members 

Santa 1 member  Herman claassens

Santa Helper / Kids control  2-3 members 

Then at the end of all members to make sure area is clean and help pack up.

With a very seductive voice the woman asked her husband, “Have you ever seen Twenty Dollars all crumpled up?” “No,” said her husband.

“Uh… no, I haven’t,” he said, with an anxious tone in his voice.
